The Schoolhouse
We're told by a couple of reliable sources this is an old schoolhouse, based on the type of structure. We finished renovating the inside in the Fall of 2019 and plan to finish the exterior in the Spring 2020. It is available to rent now. The main floor has a living area with a reclining loveseat and two rocking chairs flanking a ventless propane stove for those extra cold days or just great ambiance! The 55" smart TV is satellite connected and WiFi is enabled. A vintage drainboard sink anchors the kitchenette which also has a small fridge, crockpot, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster oven. In the bedroom is a queen bed and bathroom with shower. Access to the back porch and hot tub is through the bedroom. Two twin beds are the upstairs sleeping arrangement with a 1/2 bath adjoining. The stairs leading to the upstairs are steep and narrow. Central heat and air provide a comfortable climate at all times. A screened back porch is a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet meal or relax in the hot tub and watch our glorious Oklahoma sunsets!
